Our Payment & Account Reactivation Policy

I hope this message finds you well. At BreezeFSM, we continuously strive to enhance our services while maintaining a seamless experience for all our valued clients. To ensure smooth operations and timely access to our platform, we are implementing an update to our payment and account management policy, effective from 1st April,2025. Updated Payment & Account Policy:

Non-Payment for 30 Days
: If an account remains unpaid for 30 days, access to the platform will be temporarily suspended. The account can be reactivated upon payment, subject to a reactivation fee.
Non-Payment for 60 Days: If an account remains unpaid for 60 days, it will be deactivated and removed from our servers. To reinstate the account, a reinstatement fee equal to the setup charge will apply.
Non-Payment for 90 Days: If an account remains inactive for 90 days, it will be treated as a new account. This means new pricing and contractual terms will apply should the client wish to resume services.
