What is the reactivation fee for accounts suspended after 30 days?
The reactivation fee is an additional charge required along with the pending payment to regain access to the platform. The exact fee amount can be obtained from BreezeFSM support.
If your account remains unpaid for 30 days, access to the platform will be temporarily suspended. You can reactivate the account by making the payment along with a reactivation fee.
If your account remains unpaid for 60 days, it will be deactivated and removed from our servers. To reinstate the account, you will need to pay a reinstatement fee, which is equal to the initial setup charge.
If an account is inactive for 90 days, it will be treated as a new account. This means you will have to follow new pricing and contractual terms if you wish to resume services.
