Final Logout Pending Notification, But Logout Not Successful

When attempting to use the BreezeFSM mobile app, you may encounter a popup message:

"Final logout for the date Like 08.07.2025 is pending. Click OK to complete final logout."

This occurs when the logout process for a previous date was not completed successfully.
You must complete the pending logout before continuing with app usage.

Step 1 – Tap OK on the Pop-up

  • Tap "OK" when the message appears to complete the pending logout for the mentioned date.

Step 2 – Restart the Phone

  • Restart your phone to refresh the app and system state.

Step 3 – Clear Cache & App Data (Android)

  1. Long press on the BreezeFSM app icon.

  2. Tap on ℹ️ App Info.

  3. Go to πŸ“¦ Storage & Cache.

  4. Tap 🧼 Clear Cache.

  5. Tap πŸ—‘οΈ Clear Storage/Data.

  6. Reopen the app and allow all required permissions.
