BreezeFSM enforces face registration as a mandatory security measure for specific user roles such as DS (Salesperson).
This prevents unauthorized access and ensures accountability in field-level operations.
When a user tries to log in without completing face registration, the following message is displayed:

"Your Face registration is pending. Please talk to your head to get this done to login in the system. Thanks."

1οΈβ£ Face Registration Not Completed
The userβs face image has not been registered in the system by an authorized WD (Warehouse Distributor) user.
2οΈβ£ Incorrect Login Credentials (Optional Case)
If an invalid or inactive user ID is used, the system may incorrectly associate it with a pending face registration status.
BreezeFSM blocks login access for all DS-type users until their face is registered.
Only WD-type users (managers/heads) can perform face registration in the app.
Once registration is completed, login proceeds normally.

Make sure the correct user ID and password are used.
π₯ Contact Your Head/WD User
Ask your WD-type user to complete your face registration.
π Retry Login After Registration
Once registration is done and synced, log in again with valid credentials.
