BreezeFSM enforces face registration as a mandatory security measure for specific user roles such as DS (Salesperson).
This prevents unauthorized access and ensures accountability in field-level operations.

When a user tries to log in without completing face registration, the following message is displayed:

"Your Face registration is pending. Please talk to your head to get this done to login in the system. Thanks."

❓ Why This Happens

1️⃣ Face Registration Not Completed

  • The user’s face image has not been registered in the system by an authorized WD (Warehouse Distributor) user.

2️⃣ Incorrect Login Credentials (Optional Case)

  • If an invalid or inactive user ID is used, the system may incorrectly associate it with a pending face registration status.


βœ… Expected Feature Behavior

  • BreezeFSM blocks login access for all DS-type users until their face is registered.

  • Only WD-type users (managers/heads) can perform face registration in the app.

  • Once registration is completed, login proceeds normally.
