BreezeFSM Backend Portal – Login Session Management
This error occurs when a user tries to access the BreezeFSM backend portal multiple times from different browser tabs without logging out properly.
Since BreezeFSM allows only one active session per user, closing a tab without signing out and then attempting to log in again in a new tab causes the system to detect a session conflict and display a "Multitab Error" message.
"You are not allowed to open the application in multiple tab"
Previous Session Still Active
Closing the tab without logging out leaves the last session active in the system.
Multiple Login Attempts in Different Tabs
Opening the BreezeFSM portal in more than one tab triggers a session conflict.
Security Restrictions
BreezeFSM prevents multiple active tabs to protect data integrity and avoid conflicting actions.
Press Ctrl + Shift + T (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + T (Mac) to reopen your last closed tab.
If BreezeFSM loads, log out properly from that session.
If you are stuck on the Multitab Error screen:
Look at the URL in your browser address bar — it will end with MultiTabError.aspx.
Replace MultiTabError with signoff in the URL.
Press Enter.
You’ll be redirected to the BreezeFSM login page.
Enter your credentials and log in as usual.
Always log out from BreezeFSM before closing the tab or browser.
Avoid opening the backend portal in multiple browser tabs.
Bookmark the SignOff URL for quick access if the error occurs frequently.
