How to Install MobiLearn – A Gamified Micro Learning Application on Android Phone

Purpose:
This article will guide you through the step-by-step process to download and install the MobiLearn application on any Android smartphone. MobiLearn is a gamified micro-learning platform used by various organizations for employee training and knowledge sharing.

Steps to Install MobiLearn App

1. Open Internet Browser

Open any internet browser on your Android device. (For example, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.)

2. Visit the MobiLearn Website

In the address bar, type:
mobilearn.in
Then press "Go" or "Enter" on your keyboard.

3. Go to the Resources Section

Once the homepage opens, look for the top menu.
Click or tap on Resources.

4. Download the App (APK File)

Click on Download APK.
A small pop-up will appear asking you to complete a CAPTCHA.

5. Complete CAPTCHA Verification

You will see a message:
"Please complete the CAPTCHA to view the content."
Tick the checkbox that says "I'm not a robot."

6. Search Your Company Name

Now a list or search box will appear.
Type your company name in the search box.
When it appears, tap on your company name.

7. Complete Second CAPTCHA

You may again see a message:
"Verify you're human."
Tick the checkbox "I'm not a robot." again to proceed.

8. Download Begins

The APK file will now start downloading.
Please wait for a few moments until the download is complete.

9. Locate the Downloaded File

After the download is complete, you will see a message:
"File Downloaded."
Tap on Open to begin installation.
Or go to your File Manager, open the Download folder, and find the file named MobiLearn.apk.

10. Start Installation

Tap on the file to open it.
Your phone may ask:
"Do you want to install this app?"
Tap on Install.

11. Wait for Installation

The installation will take a few seconds.
Once done, tap on Done.

Launching the MobiLearn App

  1. Go to your phone’s Home Screen.

  2. Look for the app named MobiLearn and tap on it to open.

Grant Permissions

  • The app will ask for permission to access your camera and record video.
    Select "Allow while using the app."

  • Then it will ask permission for notifications.
    Tap on Allow.

Login and Get Started

Now enter your login credentials provided by your company or admin.

You are now ready to start using the MobiLearn app for training and learning.
