✅ Step 1: Open the BreezeFSM Mobile App and navigate to your Visit or Meeting.
✅ Step 2: Tap on the “Voice Note” option.
✅ Step 3: Press the record button and start speaking.
✅ Step 4: Once done, tap stop and save the recording.
✅ Step 5: The voice note will be automatically attached to the visit log for future reference.
🔍 Step 1: Open the Visit Log where the voice note was recorded.
🔍 Step 2: Locate the Voice Note Attachment.
🔍 Step 3: Tap on the Play button to listen to the recorded note.
