How to Troubleshoot Login Failures in BreezeFSM?
If you're unable to log in to BreezeFSM, follow these troubleshooting steps:
🔍 Step 1: Check Your Credentials
- Ensure that you are entering the correct User ID and Password.
- If you've forgotten your password, then reset it.
🔍 Step 2: Verify Network Connection
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data).
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
🔍 Step 3: Check Device & IMEI Lock
- If your organization has enabled IMEI-based login restriction, ensure you are using the registered device.
- If you changed your phone, contact your administrator to update the IMEI registration.
