Login Validation Error Message

This popup appears when a user attempts to log in with invalid credentials or when their account is inactive.
It is designed to:
Prevent unauthorized access
Inform users of incorrect login attempts
π Incorrect Login ID
The entered username does not match any user in the system.
May include spelling mistakes, extra spaces, or wrong user type.
π Incorrect Password
The entered password is incorrect.
Caps Lock may be on, or password format may be wrong.
π± Incorrect Application Installed
User may be trying to log in to the wrong version of the application (e.g., old app or wrong client).
β User Account is Inactive
Account deactivated by the admin (e.g., resigned employee, revoked access).
User must contact the system administrator or HR.
β Recheck the Login ID and Password.
