This error appears when a user attempts to log in with their Breeze FSM ID from a device that is different from the one already registered to that account (based on the device's IMEI number).
The IMEI Lock feature ensures one user = one device for improved security and accurate activity tracking.


⚠️ Error Message Displayed

The Current Device is already in use by another User. You are not allowed to login from your current device due to IMEI BLOCKED! Please talk to Admin.

βœ… Possible Reasons

  1. πŸ“± Logged in on a Different Device Already

    • The user ID is already active on another mobile device.

  2. πŸ“΄ Old Device Lost or Changed

    • User is trying to log in from a new phone.

  3. πŸ” Phone Formatted or Reset

    • After a factory reset, the system treats it as a new device even if it’s the same phone.

  4. πŸ‘₯ Same ID Used by Someone Else

    • Another team member has logged in using the same credentials.


  • βœ… If you still have access to your old phone:

    • Open Breeze FSM app on the old phone and continue using it.

  • βœ… If you do not have your old phone:

    • Contact your Admin or IT Support.

    • Request them to unblock/reset the previous IMEI.

    • Once reset, you can log in from your current device.

  • One login ID can be used only on one device at a time.

  • Make sure you are using the login credentials on the mobile phone officially assigned to you.
