This error appears when a user attempts to create a new party (shop/customer) with a mobile number that is already registered in the Breeze FSM system β regardless of who created it.
The system blocks duplicate entries to ensure clean, accurate, and trackable party data.

Breeze FSM does not allow two parties with the same mobile number, even if created by different users or under different distributors.
Maintaining unique & genuine data
Duplicate numbers cause confusion in visit history, order tracking, and collections.

Step 1: Search if the party already exists
Open the app β Go to Parties
Use the search option and enter the mobile number
If found, reuse the existing party record
Step 2: Double-check typing
Ensure the number is entered correctly
Step 3: Different shop, same number
Contact Admin/Backend Team for review & approval
Step 4: Use alternate number
If available, enter another valid phone number
Mobile number in Breeze FSM is a unique identifier (like Aadhar/PAN).
Duplicate entries can cause operational and tracking errors.
